No tax on long term rental. Owner retains President's Day week (not weekend). Shoveling and plowing provided

(Winter rentals run Friday to Friday. Summer weekly rentals run Sunday to Sunday. Check-in 3 p.m.; check-out 11 a.m. Linens and towels provided. All rentals subject to 9 percent Vermont lodging tax, $75 cleaning charge, $100 security deposit, and $100 hot tub deposit.)
