We welcome up to 14 Guests at our house, with a large array of amenities:
Indoors
- Five spacious bedrooms.
- Sofabeds in the living and family rooms to accommodate larger groups.
- A spacious eat-in country kitchen/dining room with dishwasher, CD player, microwave – even a waffle iron!
- A comfortable living room with rustic exposed brick-and-wood fireplace, TV, DVD player and VCR.
- A family room with a TV, DVD player, VCR, games, cards,toys and an extensive selection of movies and books.
- Large front porch with Adirondack-style chairs – and even a wicker chair set for the kiddies!
- A pack-n-play with sheets, as well as a highchair to accommodate our youngest guests.
- Generous back deck with hot tub, overlooking a friendly bubbling brook and lush Vermont state forest land.
- A large washer and drier.
- A stereo with CD changer.
Outdoors
- A large hot tub overlooking Little Brook.
- Hammock in the woods.
- Gas and charcoal grills.
- Regulation horseshoe pits complete with horseshoes for adults and kids.
- A tire swing for the kids.
- A volleyball/badminton net.
- A two-person kayak at a nearby dock.
- A variety of sizes of life jackets for all ages.
- Sleds.
